About this course

Welcome to Psychosocial Risk Management for experienced, new and emerging people leaders.

With legislative changes and evolving requirements to effectively manage the risk posed from psychosocial hazards in the workplace, there is an increased need for people leaders to understand their obligations and actions they can take to look after the workforce.

This course is structured to enhance your understanding of psychosocial safety, guide you through the risk management process, and provide actionable steps as a current or emerging people leader to mitigate risks in your workplace. 

From an organisational perspective, this course could serve as a lead indicator within your safety management system, ensuring all people leaders have a foundational knowledge of psychosocial risk management and understand their responsibilities and impact on psychosocial safety.
