As the amount of data grows, so does the need for data analysts. In this course, you will learn about the life and journey of a data analyst, and the skills, tasks, and processes they go through in order to tell a story with data so that trusted business decisions can be made.

A data analyst knows:

  • how to organise information and distill it into something relevant and comprehensible
  • how to gather the right data
  • what to do with the data - in other words, how to make sense of the data in the case of data overload.

You will learn how to perform this role as well as how to use the suite of Power BI tools and services to tell a compelling story through reports and dashboards, and the need for true BI in the enterprise.
