This course is designed for individuals who aspire to or are responsible for the planning, managing and executing of different project elements. This can include senior and mid-level managers, as well as those in diverse roles who contribute to organisational projects.
Participants will receive a digital badge upon successful completion of the course which can be shared across various online platforms so you can showcase your demonstrated skills and achievements.
Please note, to be eligible for a digital badge you must attend all sessions and complete all assoicated learning content/activities.

Associate Professor Matt Xerri
Matthew (Matt) J. Xerri is an Assoicate Professor of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at Griffith University's Department of Management. Dr Xerri is a member of the Centre of Work, Organisation, and Wellbeing, Griffith University, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Association. He joined the Griffith Business School team in June 2014. Dr Xerri is passionate about teaching and has won several awards for his teaching and curriculum development. These include a citation for innovative and engaging teaching and learning development (2017) and a Griffith Business School teaching award (2018), which resulted in Dr Xerri being the Griffith Business School's teacher of the year in 2018.
